"I spoke with State Farm agent Travis today and appreciated The level of customer service he provided to me sooo much that I am happy to write my first review ever! Travis provided a level of customer service to me that was truly above and beyond. I know that’s corny to say, but I can’t express how grateful I am for his time he offered to me, his patience, kindness, understanding and consideration to me. He listened to what I needed and worked with me to figure out a solution that I am excited about and never even knew was a possibility. He found me the benefits I needed for my specific life that are actually going to come in handy and have already eased a bit of my anxiety. "I spoke to Travis yesterday, which was Monday, September the 9thand by Tuesday, September 10th i had a Price insurance that was cut by over half. im my parents caretaker since my dad had a dad had an aneurysm in 2009. since the beginning of last year around January or maybe December HASTINGS INSURANCE HAD US SET UP FOR A PREMIUM FOR 477$. still a llittle especially considering my dad doesn’t drive and my mom hasn’t had a car accident or a ticket in over 10 years then starting december 2023 we got a letter stating that our premium was going to go up to $480 and then six months later we had another letter saying that our premium was going to go up to over $720. now, I don’t know about you guys but what HASTINGS INSURANCE GROUP was attending to my retired parents was highway robbery these were 2 67-year-old one disabled fourth stage prostate pancreatic victim, the other, a diabetic honest. Hastings should be ashamed of themselves. My parents have been hard-working in the grants to the United States for 27 years now and have eight beautiful grandchildren, and what you guys attempt to do is disgusting, THAT IS UNTIL I CALLED KARRI TAYLOR’s Insurance agency and the soft spoken man named Travis told me he could do whatever he could possibly attempt to do to stop Hastings from nearly quadrupling our home and auto insurance with everything else being as expensive as it is now. Until I met this man yesterday and what he did for me was a godsend. He took that insurance of premium of $720 and brought it down to around 348 or $358 or around there. my parents chose the US of a out of 30 countries to integrate to to have an honest life and live the American not be targeted by wolves and sheeps clothing..H HASTINGS TOP BRASS WHAT KIND OF AGENTS THEY HAVE HAVE it was very un-American yet again another face of America showed itself today and that face was Travis a caring young gentleman trying to help two old young couples that are in retirement, live their lives as best as they can without having to worry about money im glad the Travis was able to help us out as well as Kari Durham Taylor’s State farm agency. Kari don’t let your competitors broach him away from you, 😉😉😉"
