Kari Taylor

Alison has been a part of the Kari Taylor State Farm team for ten years. She was born and raised in Urbandale, and graduated from Wartburg College before returning to the Des Moines Metro area where she lives with her partner, 2 kids, and dog. On any given evening or weekend, you might find her on a walk, listening to her favorite podcasts, or painting a wall in her house a bright color. Alison is passionate about helping people with their life insurance, auto insurance, and home insurance, and takes the time to learn about our customers and prospective customers to be sure she's meeting their needs. She also loves to help out-of-state transfer customers to feel welcome and comfortable in our community.

Bailee joined our team in April of 2024, after relocating to Iowa from a small town in California. She lives in Ankeny with her boyfriend and their two adorable and spunky pugs! Bailee loves to spend time outside, especially on the golf course or at the race track. Bailee is knowledgeable and friendly, and will help you talk through your needs in a way that makes sense. She works diligently with our new State Farm customers on their car, home, life, and health insurance needs.

Kim joined the Kari Taylor State Farm team in May of 2023 after moving to Des Moines from Colorado with her wife, 2 daughters, 3 dogs, and a cat. Yes, it was a FULL moving truck! Kim and her family love to explore new places and spend time outside together, and in her rare moments of downtime she likes to cook, bake, and do anything crafty. Kim brings to the team 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, and a passion for helping people with their needs, especially when it comes to life insurance and finances.

Sara joined the team at Kari Taylor State Farm in January 2022, coming to us with 10 years of insurance experience, the last 3 in another State Farm office.  Born and raised in Des Moines, Sara and her husband, kids, and dog live just a few blocks from her childhood home.  When she’s not at the office, you can usually find Sara outdoors- at the softball fields, race track, camping, or on the bike trail!  Licensed in Property & Casualty, Sara is here to help our customers with all of their insurance service needs, and she does so with kindness, efficiency, and a depth of knowledge. 

Travis joined the Kari Taylor State Farm team in November of 2023. A Chicago native, Travis has happily called Des Moines home for almost 20 years. He is excited to transition into the world of insurance after spending the last 15 years working in a neighboring industry. Outside of work, you might find Travis attempting to perfect his pitmaster skills on one of his many BBQ recipes, and spending time with his wife, daughter, dog, and cats. Travis prides himself on offering remarkable customer service and is passionate about helping others succeed. He's here to work with people in our community as they navigate their needs for car, home, life, and health insurance.
